SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Elizabeth Scorese has
sued Wells Fargo Bank for
discriminating against her
back on gender, pregnancy and
familial
status.
On October 27
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it. She wants a jury
trial.
Discovery will be
completed by April 27, 2021.
Wells Fargo, of course, is in
the news for discrimination,
including its highest
officials' comments.
This case is
Scorese v. Wells Fargo Bank,
NA, 20-cv-1976 (Koeltl)
