worked for Deluxe Building
Solutions LLC and Jacob
Frydman but faced gender
discrimination and "a rampant
culture of chauvenism and
discrimination."
On October 26 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
At issue was
whether a deposition could be
taken by video and if so, who
would pay for it. The
plaintiff, Judge Lehrburger
ruled.
