SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 6 – Ricardo Tibby was
arrested and is detained for
the robbery of a convenience
store on Aldus Street in The
Bronx.
On
February 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a bond
review proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The Federal
Defenders argued that there is
no direct proof that Tibby did
the robbery or robberies.
It was
pointed out that his
fingerprint was found on the
inside plexiglass of the booth
in the store. The
Federal Defend said, It's a
busy store.
But Judge Marrero
asked why only Tibby's and the
cashier's fingerprints were on
the inside.
He continued the
defendant's detention. The
case is US v. Tibby, 21-cr-728
(Marrero)
