Father and Son Sue Slew of Manhattan Restaurants But Manna Says It Is Bogus

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 21 –  Manhattan restaurants sued by father and son workers call some of the claims bogus.

On October 21 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The father says he was retaliated against after he testified unfavorably against Manna 2nd Ave LLC.

The defendants replied on October 21 that the Amaranth restaurant at 21 East 61st Street is entirely unrelated, and that one of the named defendants is just another worker.

The case is Bello Herrera et al v. Manna 2nd Avenue LLC et al., 20-cv-11026 (Woods / Parker)
