SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 15 – Jamil Banks was
arrested for possessing a
collapsible metal baton, in
front of 2675 Valentine Avenue
in The Bronx.
Then, the police
found a .45, and that Banks
had previously been convicted
of a felony.
On December
15 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The complaint in
the case also refers to a
beige powder found as "dope,"
and runs through some history.
Now the next conference is
January 28.
The case is US v.
Banks, 20-cr-284 (Stein)
