May 19 – Blaudin Federico
Mejia was sentenced to 48
months in prison in 2011, then
supervised release. Then he
was arrested in Florida, for
more drugs.
On May 19
in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York. Judge Richard J.
Sullivan now of the Second
Circuit Court of Appeals held
a violation of supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Sullivan, who as a District
Judge had imposed the time
served plus 48 months sentence
in 2011, expressed concern at
Mejia's behavior since.
