SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 9 – Port Morris Tile
& Marble LP of The Bronx
has been sued by union for not
paying fringe benefits.
On March 9, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Vyskocil agreed that two days
would be enough for a trial.
She said he'll set a
conference before the end of
discovery.
