EXCLUSIVE, Nov 14 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on November 10, a
detention or bond proceeding
was held by Magistrate Judge Sarah
L. Cave
on a defendant charged with
wire fraud and identity theft,
who was quoted that "bro these
banks be stupid."
Inner City

The
defendant according to the
complaint communicated with
CC-1 in Ghana about how to get
more money from the victims.
Judge Cave
ordered release on $100,000
unsecured bond with two
co-signers.
The case is US v.
Fofana, 22-mj-8988 (Cave)
