Capolongu sued the NYC
Department of Corrections for
not protecting him from COVID
while
incarcerated.
On January 12,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Aaron
ordered the defendant to
respond by January 19 and to
produce to Capolongu by
February 2 the discovery it
produced in Lee v. Dep't
of Corrections et
al., 20-cv-8407 and his
movement logs from the Vernon
C. Bain Center.
The case is
Capolongo v. Brann et al.,
21-cv-1469 (Caproni /
Aaron)
