SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 29 – Bike Rental Central
Park is suing "Bike Rent NYC"
for trademark infringement,
even amid the lack of tourists
in New York.
On
September 29 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Bike Rent
NYC, formally "Tour Central
Park Inc.," was resisting
providing financial
information in discovery to
the plaintiff, Go New York
Tours, Inc.
Judge Caproni
said the information should be
provided, but with strong
confidentiality. The recent
pleading say that "The
Parties' operations continue
to be greatly curtailed by the
ongoing COVID-19 pandemic."
Yes. So a good
time to litigate?
This case is Go
New York Tours, Inc. v. Tour
Central Park Inc., 19-cv-9803
(Caproni)
