SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 8 – James Hoskins is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, a Dan
Wesson .357 Magnum, while also
being restrained from
harassing an intimate
partner.
On February
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Hoskins, it
seems, is ready to plead
guilty. A new conference was
scheduled for February 16, on
"change of plea." Bail was
continued.
The case is US v.
Hoskins, 20-cr-399 (Gardephe)
