SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 7 – Philip Santiago is
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, a
bare bones
allegation.
On
December 7 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alison J.
Nathan, fresh from a nearly
two hour partial sentencing in
another
case, held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Santiago who was
indicted in October 2020 now
has a trial date of May 10 -
which may actually happen, as
he is in detention.
The case is US v.
Santiago, 20-cr-528 (Nathan)
