SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 20 – Inna Pantalyor back
on April 18, 2018 purchased
from Amazon an "Indian Cotton
Blue Patik Paisley Floral Boho
Long Caftan."
Then she
died. On January 19, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The lawyer
from decedent's executor
pushed on the duty of Amazon,
including in the discovery
process. Amazon disclaims
responsibility; Handi-Craft
Place was cited.
The case is
Rakhman et al v. Amazon.com
LLC, 20-cv-10135 (Koeltl /
Netburn)
