SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 14 – In a case involving
service of process in
Mongolia, and Gazprombank, a
proceeding was held on July 14
by U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jed S. Rakoff. Inner
City Press covered it.
The case cited
the "UN Commission on
International Trade,"
UNCITRAL.
It was a
disappointment, including for
Judge Rakoff.
He said he had
been looking forward to this
case, on Bastille Day. But it
was not to be. The pre-trial
conference was pushed back
into August.
The case is
Paushok v. Ganbold et al.,
20-cv-4769 (Rakoff)
