SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 12 – Two defendants in the
same alleged narcotics and
guns conspiracy met different
fates on December 12 in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
before Magistrate Judge Sarah
L. Cave.
Sharod Bell a/k/a Rodo was
ordered detained at least
until December 19, and perhaps
until a January 8 appearance
before SDNY District Judge
Andrew L. Carter.
Then co-defendant Ian Haylock,
after some back and forth with
his appointed counsel who had
already acquiesced to
detention until December 19,
was offered release on $100,00
bond.
Judge Cave
directly addressed his mother,
in the gallery with Inner City
Press, to be sure to tell the
government if her son goes
back to his bad way. The lives
of others. The overall case is
US v. Whitmore,
19-cr-846 (Carter).
