SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 19 – Nino Butkowskaya has
sued Experian, for falsely
reporting on a Kohl's credit
card account, under the Fair
Credit Reporting Act.
On October
19 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cronan
tweaked the proposed case
management plan, shortening
the gap between fact and
expert discovery.
Then he said
he'll hold off two weeks
before signing the plan,
noting that assigned
Magistrate Judge is Katherine
H. Parker.
