Channel Sued New Rochelle For Taking Its
Billboards City Says No Argument Needed

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 2 – Clear Channel Outdoor,
LCC has sued the City of New
Rochelle, claiming it is
trying to take its billboards
without due process or just
compensation.
On New
Year's Eve New Rochelle,
through law firm Harris Beach
PLLC, told U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Nelson Stephen
Roman that oral argument is
not needed on Clear Channel's
motion for a preliminary
injunction.
New
Rochelle writes that it
"respectfully submitted Clear
Channel's motion fails and
oral argument is not necessary
to deny the relief it
seeks."
The case is
Clear Channel Outdoor, LCC v.
City of New Rochelle, et al.,
20-cr-9296 (Roman)
