SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 – Edwin Molina is
under supervised release but
has not been in touch - or has
been "on the run" according to
Probation.
On March
16, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Richard M. Berman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Back in December,
Probation said "most programs
aren't extending past 28
days... A lot of problems with
Mr. Molina was his unstable
housing situation. He was
moving from place to place
with no place to stay."
This time,
Judge Berman asked Probation,
and got an answer about "when
he was running before."
He set a
next status session for May 12
but said if the warrant
"dropped" by then, something
would be done sooner.
The case is US v.
Molina, 04-cr-989
(Berman)
