SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 29 – John Paul Barrios was
an Amtrak trackman "traveling
on the line when the spike
puller that he was piloting
came to a complete and violent
stop." He was injured, and
sued.
On October 29 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Discovery will be
sued by May 28, 2021. The
four-day trial would be held,
on 48 hours notice, or or
after July 23, 2021.
