SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Andy Maccow was
charged with violations of
supervised release.
On December 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
William H. Pauley III held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Maccow,
after conferring with his CJA
lawyer, agreed to plead guilty
to the specifications and wear
a GPS bracelet, starting the
next day.
In between there
was some talk of the prospects
of trials in 2021, the
spending on the revamped large
courtrooms, and of a terrorism
case Inner City Press reported
about on December
16.
As for Maccaw, he
will get the GPS bracelet on
December 18. The case is US v.
Maccow, 16-cr-108 (Pauley)
