SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 25 – Johanky De
Luna-Almanzar was charged with
conspiracy to distribute
cocaine in cereal boxes and
light
fixtures.
On October 25 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Chief
Judge Laura Taylor Swain held
a change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The
defendant said he'd conspired
to distribute kilos of
cocaine. Unless he's found
eligible for the so-called
safety value, his mandate
minimum is ten years.
His plea was
accepted and sentencing set
for February 8 at noon.
The case
is US v. De
Luna-Almanzar, 21-cr-303
(Swain)
