Then Pennsylvania
Lumbermens Mutual Insurance
Company didn't pay, resulting
in litigation.
On March 18, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties said
that a jury trial would
require five days. Judge
Vyskocil said this estimate is
"unrealistically long."
