COURTHOUSE, Oct 10 –
Gergely Csikos, a citizen of
Hungary, was working for S.M.
Construction & Contracting
Inc on 230 Park Avenue on June
25, 2018 when he got injured.
He fell from an
elevated height. He
sued.
On
October 9 U.S. District Judge
for the Southern District of
New York Valerie E. Caproni
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
It emerged
that Csikos was working for a
subcontractor, Alin Florin
Vadanuta. Judge Caproni
extended the fact discovery
deadline to October 30, and
set a pre-trial conference for
January 8, 2021.
