SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 12 – Hartford Fire
Insurance Co. sued Maersk and
others, including Albatrans,
Inc. for damage in transit to
windows purchased from Munster
Joinery in Cork, Ireland.
On October
9 U.S. District Judge for the
Southern District of New York
Judge P. Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The issues
against Maersk and Albatrans
are not, Judge Castel said,
the same.
He ordered that
Albatrans' motion for summary
judgment must go forward, due
November 5, and that "Mr. Wang
shall be produced for
deposition within 21 days."
The case is
Hartford Fire Insurance Co. v.
Maersk Line et al., 18-cv-121
(Castel)
