Randall Harvey is charged as a
felon in possession of
ammunition, to wit, one round
of Remington Peters 9mm Luger
ammunition and one round of
Winchester 9mm
ammo.
On March 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Harvey was
assigned a new Criminal
Justice Act lawyer, who
requested and got a next
status conference on June 30
at 9 am - "maybe in person,"
Judge Marrero said.
