SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 26 –
Rafic Saadeh, a Lebanese
citizen residing in Greece,
sued the estate of Irving
Kagan for repayment of a
$130,000
loan.
On January 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Irving's
son Michael Kagan has
complained about the plaintiff
not answering his
interrogatories.
An ancillary case
is bogged down in New York
Surrogate's Court.
The Federal
case is Saadeh v. Kagan et
al., 20-cv-1945 (Engelmayer /
