SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Super Duper, Inc.
sued PresenceLearning, Inc.
for stealin gits
copyright-protected
materials.
On November 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
At issue
is who Super Duper can see how
its material are used, or not,
on PresenceLearning's
pay-walled website. There is
not only a paywall - one has
to have medical training to
pay for the database.
Judge
Parker asked if Federal judge
could sign up, and where Super
Duper could access through
some of its clients.
The case is
Super Duper, Inc. v.
PresenceLearning, Inc.,
20-cv-10783 (Swain / Parker)
