SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 20– Kenneth Henderson is
on home detention as the
holidays approach.
On
December 18 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
William H. Pauley III held a
violation of supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
While Judge
Pauley did not remand
Henderson, he denied a request
for greater freedom for the
holidays as being too vague.
He spoke of the
gun charges, and said any
request would have to be
specific.
The next status
conference is set for March 24
at noon.
The case is US v.
Henderson, 13-cr-256 (Pauley)
