SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – Bettina Bonterre
worked for the NYC Department
of Sanitation. She says at at
Sanitation event she was
exposed to a date rape drug
and was "then sexually
assaulted and raped by her
co-workers and
supervisors."
On January 5 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There were
questions about where Ms.
Bonterre was transferred to
(The Bronx). The defendants
will file a motion to dismiss
by January 26.
The case is
Bonterre v. City of New York
et al., 18-cv-745 (Ramos)
