SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 2 –
Aftern Sanderson was working
for Leg Apparel when their Ms.
Romanino repeatedly asked him
about his "boyfriend." He
sued.
On
September 10 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding.
Leg Apparel hired
a law firm / government
relations professionals firm,
which in in a pre-motion
letter noted that Sanderson
complained about being
compared to Nicki Minaj
without stating "the nature of
the comparison."
The firm says
that quotes about Don Lemon
prove nothing.
Now on July 2,
another conference was held by
Judge Woods, and Inner City
Press again covered it. Is
Daytona Apparel Group a
successor to Leg? The
plaintiffs say yes.
The case will go
forward. It is Sanderson v.
Leg Apparel LLC et al.,
19-cv-8423 (Woods)
