SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 –
Joseph Cayetano sued Think
Outsourcing LLC for unpaid
overtime and other
wages.
On March 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Cayetano
had been send to work at the
Surrey Hotel at 20 East 76th
Street in Manhattan (the
Complaint says Avenue). He was
forced to perform unpaid
off-the-clock
work.
Judge Cave
said fact discovery must be
completed by December 15 - but
before that, on April 14, the
parties are to report if they
have exchanged some discovery
to facilitate possible
settlement.
Judge Cave set a
discovery conference for
October 25, at 11 am.
The case is
