SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 13 – Rustam Mustafin sued
GreenSky, Citigroup and others
for violations of securities
laws.
On June
11, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it. The case, it
seems, is settling.
Judge Hellerstein
ruled that if non-party
subpoena recipient TimesSquare
Capital Management wished to
recover any fees or costs, it
should file a motion for
reimbursement.
He set a
status conference for October
19. He added that while he had
yet to hold a trial since
COVID shutdowns in March 2020,
other SDNY judge have.
He said SDNY has
done the best of all Federal
District courts in the
country.
This case is
Mustafin v. GreenSky, Inc. et
al, 18-cv-11071 (Hellerstein)
