Nov 25 – Namel Norris sued
Metro By T-Mobile's 664 Ninth
Avenue location, for hindering
his access as a person in a
wheelchair.
On
November 24, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
The
defendants wanted a protective
order, but that was denied.
Magistrate Judge
Lehrburger extended the
deadline for discovery to
February 28, 2022.
