SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 10 – A dispute about
African news and Bloomberg
came to a head on December
10.
U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alison J. Nathan heard
closing arguments in a bench
trial, by Zoom. Inner City

The
complaint says "Bloomberg
visited and become comfortable
with Optima's Nigerian
business partners... The
Nigerian government imposed

restrictions on
foreign-currency exchanges...
Bloomberg unilaterally,
intentionally, wrongfully and
pretextually terminated the
Agreement."
There were
six days of Zoom testimony, in
October 2020. Then proposed
findings and conclusions of
law and then the closing
arguments.
The matter is
submitted and will be decided
soon.
It is
