SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 28 – In a multi-defendant
horse drugging case knows as
US v. Grasso a series of not
guilty pleas were entered on
October 28.
U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge P.
Kevin Castel held the
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
It was on
the S1 information, and all of
the defendants pleaded not
guilty.
Their rights
under the new Due Process
Protections Act were made part
of the record.
The next
conference is on February 10.
