SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 17 – Tomas Sapon has
sued the Makana Hawaiian
restaurant on West 106th
Street and David Chan for not
paying minimum wage or
overtime.
On
March 17, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John P. Cronan
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
There was
no consent to proceeding
before a Magistrate Judge.
Discovery is due
by July 7, with a four day
trial foreseen.
