Hyannis 6 Indicted In SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 14 – Rory Jackson and
five others have been indicted
for bank fraud, cashing fake
checks.
On
March 12, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul G.
Gardephe held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
According to the
complaint the checks were
cashed in Port Chester, New
York, Hyannis, Massachusetts,
Nashville, Charlotte and
Manhattan, among other places.
It describes
extensive telephone evidence.
Judge
Gardephe set the next
conference for June 23.

Jackson et al., 21-cr-145
