Liebowitz is suing again, this
time against Hornet Networks
Inc., this time for a
photograph of Hillary
Clinton's Nephew Tyler
Clinton.
On August 11 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Liman sent the parties for a
settlement conference before
SDNY Magistrate Judge Cave.
A request was
made to have the actual
parties and not just their
lawyers appear before Judge
Cave. Judge Liman said he
would leave that up to Judge
Cave.
Judge
Liman ordered that any motion
to amend or join additional
parties is due September 11.
The case is
Roethlisberger v. Hornet
Networks Inc., 20-cv-4022
