SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 10 – Armany Guzman,
Daniel McIntosh and Jameik
Evans are charged with
conspiracy to commit bank
fraud, using checks stolen
from the
mail.
On April 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Marrero agreed to give the
defendants more time to
finalize surety issues with
regards to their bail. He set
a next conference for July 15.
He inquired
into two defendants being
represented by a father and
son.
That one
has an office in Brooklyn and
the other in Queens seemed to
resolve the conflict issue.
The case is US v.
Guzman, et al., 22-cr-174
(Marrero)
