SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 13 – Brandon Blake pleaded
guilty to bank fraud, cashing
altered
checks.
On
May 13, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lorna G.
Schofield held his sentencing.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The defense
lawyer said Blake is a private
person.
Judge Schofield
said he has never suffered
consequences for the crime,
and imposed a sentence of four
months, to begin on August 13
so as to be finished by the
holidays.
