SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 26 –
D.K.Y Enterprises doing
business as MediHealth sued
Sensia, Inc. for accusing it
on Amazon of infringing on its
intellectual property
rights.
On March 25, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a final pre-trial
conference. Inner City Press

It will be
a bench trial and Judge Aaron
emphasized and exhibited the
flexibility that comes with
it.
A list of
possible interpreters was
provided, and the heads-up
they choose to interpret in
