SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 10 – Aero AG Holdings
sued Huggoes Fashion for
allegedly infringing its
"famous" trademark
AEROSOLES.
On April 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Cave
denied Aero's request for
additional jurisdictional
discovery and gave it until
April 15 to decide to oppose
the motion to dismiss or file
an amended complaint.
The case is Aero
AG Holdings, LLC v. Huggoes
Fashion LLC, et al.,
21-cv-9499 (Caproni / Cave)
