SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 21 – Derek Livingston was
charged as part of a narcotics
conspiracy, specifically to
sell crack.
On May 21, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
As
noted about this case in
January, while one of his
co-defendants is seeking to
suppress evidence of
conversations intercepted
through Title III wiretaps,
Livingston pleaded guilty to
Count 1.
Judge Cote set
his sentencing for September
22; he remains detained.
The case is US v.
Disla, 20-cr-52 (Cote)
