SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 – Adolfo Villalona
was charged in a narcotics
conspiracy in
2019.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul G. Gardephe held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Villalona
pleaded guilty. The law said
that he should be detained
pending sentencing, absent
extraordinary circumstances.
Judge Gardephe
recounted Villalona never
fleeing. He allowed him to
remain out on bond.
The sentencing is
set for July 29.
