SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 7 – Michael S. McCants
sued Team Electric, Inc. for
what he calls inappropriate
touching of him on job
sites. The complaint,
reviewed by Inner City Press,
says McCants "was touched
inappropriately
on the job site located at 12
E. 89 Street, then moved to
East 141st Street and Bruckner
Boulevard in The
Bronx.
On
February 7, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Judge Lehrburger
ruled that while he had stayed
the case pending arbitration,
Plaintiff has not initiated
arbitration.
Now he has until
March 9 to to do, or Judge
Lehrburger may dismiss the
case.
It is McCants v.
Team Electric, Inc.,
19-cv-9565 (Nathan /
Lehrburger)
