SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 18 – Relevent Sports,
which says it is the
preeminent soccer events and
media company in North America
and Asia, has sued its
co-founder Carmelo Stillitano
for violation a Covenants
Agreement and, instead,
competing.
On April 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Marrero imposed an injunction
through at least May 7 holding
defendant to the Covenants
Agreement and requiring
Relevent to post security of
$25,000 within two days.
The case is
Relevent Sports, LLC v.
Stillitano, 22-cv-2917
(Marrero)
