SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 20 – Michael Laboy was
previously sentenced to 42
months as a felon in
possession of a firearm.
On December
18 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alison J. Nathan held a
violation of supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Laboy's
Federal Defender updated on
state court proceedings.
Judge Nathan
ordered that Laboy for the
next 90 days stay in the Bronx
Residential Reentry Center (or
half-way house) at 2534
Creston Avenue.
The case is US v.
Laboy, 16-cr-669 (Nathan)
