SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 7 – Pedro Figueroa says
he was injured while lawfully
in the Home Depot at 2560
Bruckner Boulevard in The
Bronx on August 15, 2020. He
sued, and Home Depot removed
it to Federal
court.
On September 7 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a proceeding.

Oetken discussed the
possibilities of settlement
before the assigned Magistrate
Judge; fact discovery is due
on January 7, 2022 with a
seven day jury trial foreseen.
