By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 31 –  Darlene Oliver sued the City of New York and NYPD after she was roughed up by police and arrested in her building at 1420 Bronx River Avenue on December 16, 2017.

On January 31, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Katherine H. Parker held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Parker set up a settlement conference for March 10 at 2 pm, noting that the defendants must sent the person with decision making authority to settle the matter.

The case is Oliver v. The City Of New York et al., 19-cv-2321 (Vyskocil / Parker)
