SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 22 – Sunita Kumar was
charged in 2017 with health
care fraud, "by seeking
reimbursement for prescription
drugs which were never
distributed to customers."
On December
22, 2020 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge William H.
Pauley III held a charge of
plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Pauley
asked Kumar what she had done.
She spoke of a
pharmacy in Brooklyn, and
fraud.
The case is US v.
Kumar, 17-cr-703 (Pauley)
